Feedback Required | Proposed Amendments for Contracts Act

Dear Members, 

We refer to the meeting with the working committee on proposed amendments for the Contracts Act on 04.08.2026 in Kuching, Sarawak. The letter to the Association and the Final Report are annexed in this email. 

We appreciate feedback/comments to be provided to us by replying to this email by 28.09.2026 on the proposed amendments to Contracts Act so as to enable us to raise the same to the working committee.
