Submission of DCR 2026

Dear Advocates, 

Kind reminder to submit DCR 2026 via Dynamic Submission Portal (DSP) latest by 30 September 2026 and to complete your submission early to avoid last-minute technical issues or delays. DSP is accessible at: https://dsp.bnm.gov.my. 

The DCR Information Kit is attached in this email for your reference. 

Please also be informed that Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) will be conducting a Virtual DCR Clinic for the legal sector to facilitate and provide guidance on the submission of DCR 2026. The clinic is intended to assist you in completing and submitting the DCR accurately and within the stipulated timeline.

The details of the session are as follows:-

• Date: 15 September 2026
• Time: 2.30pm - 4.30pm
• Registration Link: Registration Form for the Virtual DCR 2026 Clinic

Law Firms are allowed to register up to maximum of two (2) attendees only for the session, of which attendance from respective Compliance Officers are highly recommended.
