​Registration of Interest as Legal Aid Advocate [Industrial Court Matters and General Legal Aid]

Dear Members, 

The Human Resources Ministry (KESUMA) has launched a Legal Aid initiative for parties with cases before the Industrial Court of Malaysia. The initiative is a collaboration between the Industrial Court and the Advocates Association of Sarawak together with Bar Council and Sabah Law Society. The service is offered through the Association subject to eligibility criteria.
