Invitation to Attend Opening of Legal Year 2026 Events in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Dear Members, 

To commemorate the commencement of the Legal Year in Sabah and Sarawak 2026, the Sabah Law Society is delighted to extend a warm invitation to members of Advocates Association of Sarawak to the Welcoming Reception and Gala Dinner. This event is not only a celebration but also a meaningful initiative aimed at fostering strong relationships with all facets of the judiciary systems.

OLY Sabah Sarawak 2026 Welcoming Reception

Date: 15th January 2026 (Thursday)

Venue: Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), Kota Kinabalu

Time: 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm

Dress Code: Smart Casual

OLY Sabah Sarawak 2026 Gala Dinner “The Jazz Soirée”

Date: 16th January 2026 (Friday)

Venue: Grand Ballroom, The Magellan Sutera Resort, Kota Kinabalu

Time: 7.00 pm

Dress Code: Formal - Jazz Elegance

In conjunction with the Opening of Legal Year Sabah Sarawak 2026, Sabah Law Society will also be organising a seminar as below:-

All members of the AAS are invited to attend the OLY Sabah Sarawak 2026 Dinner events and the seminar. Please find enclosed the seminar flyer for your further perusal.
