Invitation to Provide Feedback on Stakeholder Consultant on Legislative Amendments (Arbitration Act 2005 & CIPAA 2012)

Dear Members,

In line with the ongoing initiatives to streamline and enhance the effectiveness of the Arbitration Act 2005 ("Act) and the Construction Industry Payments & Adjudication Act 2012 ("CIPAA 2012") the AIAC, in collaboration with the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister's department (BHEUU JPM), will be organizing a consultation session with relevant stakeholders and experts on 4th and 5th April 2024. This stakeholder consultation session would offer an ideal platform for the exchanges of thoughts, practical feedback and recommendations between industry practitioners and expects to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Act and CIPAA 2012.

We invite all members of the AAS to please provide feedback on  legislative amendments by replying to this email on or before 03.04.2021 @ 5.00pm.
