The Advocates Association of Sarawak in collaboration with The Bar Council Industrial and Employment Law Committee will be organising the IELC Seminar 2025 - Sarawak. This is an advanced 2-Day Employment Law Seminar which will cover the topics such as:-

Law of Dismissal: Unfair/Constructive Dismissal & Retrenchment
Managing Poor Performance
Sexual Harassment & Workplace Bullying Conducting Trials at the Industrial Court
