REGISTRATION FOR LAWAS SESSIONS COURT CASES

Dear Members,

We forward herewith the email from the Registrar of the Subordinate Court of Sabah and Sarawak on the Registration for Lawas Sessions Court Cases.

No. Ruj: PMRENSS/SBH/100-1/3(145)

Please be informed that effective 1st July 2026, all new registrations for Lawas Sessions Court cases must be e-filed directly under the Lawas jurisdiction using the specific location code LWS.

Prior to this date, these cases were registered under the Limbang jurisdiction using code LMN. Please ensure that the correct coding (LWS) is selected for all future filings to avoid any rejection or administrative delays.
