"Pathway to ADR Mastery" 21-23 August 2025 | Bintulu, Sarawak

Dear Members, 

SiADR in collaboration with the Advocates Association of Sarawak, Bintulu Branch will be organising SiADR Pathway to ADR Mastery, three-day International Commercial Arbitration Course. The details of the event are as follows:-

Date: 21 - 23 August 2025 (Thursday to Saturday)

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Seminar Room, New World Suites, Park City, Bintulu, Sarawak.
Course Fees: RM500 (Non Member)
                           RM350 (AAS / SiADR Member) 

Registration Deadline: 18 August 2025

This event will feature eminent speakers, including The Honourable YA Dato’ Lee Swee Seng, Judge of the Federal Court of Malaysia, and other distinguished international arbitration practitioners. The programme will provide comprehensive coverage of both foundational and advanced aspects of arbitration, with special emphasis on the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012.
